Feelin' Crafty on Spring Break

Sam saw this S at the Crafty Scrapper a few weeks ago and had to have it. So we decided it would be a great craft for Spring Break. We covered the S in tape. Then he dropped the paper on top of the S and tore it around the S. Then we inked heavily. Finally Sam chose the Jolee tiger and the phrase "Catch me if you can!" He was so cute! It was a fun day even if it was to rainy to be about!

I meant to ask how he came up with the idea of tearing the paper, versus cutting it....seems like a really creative way to do it..almost like the tiger bit the paper>?!

What a great project Sam! I am super impressed by your creativity. I think my son Jaiden, would totally love doing the same thing, only we don't get a spring break here....maybe a good project for summer vacation!
